The rear of the vans and campers cannot be ventilated well through the windows. A build-up of air or heat in the rear area is then often the result.
With the Brandrup AIR-SAFE stand for the tailgate of the VW models, the tailgate can be quickly and easily kept open approx. 10 cm and still locked. This means that air can enter the rear of the vehicle even though the vehicle is still locked.
This AIRSAFE stand fits all VW T6.1 / T6 / T5 / T4 tailgates without electromechanical closing aid and all VW Caddy tailgates. It is made of stainless steel (V2A) and is simply hooked into the lower striker. This extends the original lock and the lock can still click into place. The Airsafe stand is also available in a version for vehicles with electrical closing aid.
The little helper can easily be used by one person. Thanks to its small size, it can easily be carried in the vehicle.
During the night you can sleep safely with the Airsafe despite the tailgate being open. The simultaneous use of a Brandrup mosquito net with the stand for the tailgate also ensures a mosquito and insect-free night.
