The rear compartment of vans and campers cannot be ventilated well through the windows. A build-up of air or heat in the rear area is often the result.
With the AIR-SAFE stand for the tailgate of the VW T6.1 / T6 / T5, the tailgate can be quickly and easily kept open by approx. 10 cm and still be locked. This allows air to enter the rear compartment even though the vehicle is still locked.
This AIRSAFE stand fits all VW T6.1 / T6 / T5 vans with electromechanical closing aid in the tailgate, is made of stainless steel (V2A) and is simply hooked into the lower closing bracket. This extends the original lock and the lock can still engage. The Airsafe stand is also available in a version for vehicles without an electric closing aid in the tailgate, as well as the VW T4 and VW Caddy.
The practical little helper can be easily used by one person and can easily be carried in the vehicle thanks to its small size.
With the Airsafe you can sleep safely at night despite the tailgate being open. Using a Brandrup mosquito net for the tailgate at the same time also ensures a mosquito- and insect-free night.
