Line system for the VW Keder rail for easy drying of clothes when travelling
The washing line is specially produced for insertion into the serial VW T5 / T6 / T6.1 aluminium rail. A screw thread allows it to be easily fixed in place and quickly removed again if required. The position can be flexibly selected along the full length of the rail. Three sturdy tensioning ropes provide sufficient space for drying clothes or towels.
The sturdy washing lines must be knotted yourself in the DIY version. Instructions for the ‘sack stitch’ knots shown are included. If the instructions are followed, the system reaches a width of approx. 120 cm. This means that approx. 3 x 115 cm of usable line length is available.
In the pre-assembled version, the washing lines are fitted with sturdy metal clips. As no knots are required, the maximum length of the washing line (approx. 145 cm line length) can be utilised. The clips also give the system a high-quality appearance.
If no aluminium strip is available, the MultiAnker system can also be used to attach a washing line to the vehicle using suction cups.
