The ISOLITE Inside for the tailgate window without a parcel shelf in the VW Caddy is, like all cladding from Brandrup, an absolutely perfect fit. The mat is consistently designed to be functional. It offers isolation as well as darkening and privacy protection and also impresses with its very easy handling. It can be attached easily and removed again quickly thanks to hook and loop fastener.
The thermal insulation works very well. In summer, the heat cannot penetrate the interior. The inner reflective film preserves the cool air. In winter Isolite reflects the warmth back inside. This keeps the cold outside and creates an effect like in a vacuum jug. The air between the pane and the Isolite cannot circulate and can escape upwards or downwards. The entire area is always tightly closed.
Isolite is not just hung on the pane, but attached to the frame of the window with hook and loop fastener. This creates a perfect seal on three sides. The mat can be attached very quickly. It can also be easily removed for the journey and stowed away e.g. on the bed in the pop-up roof.
