This Isolite insulation from Brandrup fits the sliding or side window on the left in the VW T6.1 / T6 / T5 with car paneling. The mat does not fit the window in the sliding door.
Isolite is completely opaque. With Isolite, nobody can see you from the outside.
The thermal insulation works very well. In summer, the heat cannot penetrate the interior. The inner reflective film preserves the cool air. In winter Isolite reflects the warmth back into the living area. This keeps the cold outside and creates an effect like in a vacuum jug. The air between the pane and Isolite cannot circulate and can escape upwards or downwards. The entire area is always tightly closed.
Isolite is not just hung on the pane, but attached to the frame of the window with hook and loop fastener. This creates a perfect seal on three sides. The mat can be attached very quickly. It can also be easily removed for the journey and stowed away e.g. on the bed in the pop-up roof.
