Brandrup bed for the rear in vehicles with a 3-seater bench
The iXTEND folding bed from Brandrup is spread out over the standard bed in the Multivan / Beach. It offers a very high level of comfort. Subdivision of the segments is chosen in such a way that you cannot feel the edges, joints and cracks. The buckles of the belts are also padded.
The foam is flame retardant. It can be removed if you want to clean the cover. The composite consists of three layers of cold foam, which enable a very comfortable sleep. The third layer, made from a hard special foam, levels out any unevenness.
Two parts of the mattress can be folded back onto the backrest and attached to the headrests. This creates a practical shelf on the rear upholstery. This can also be used as an accessible baby bed or as a place for the dog.
The folding bed fits all VW T6 / T5 Multivan and California Beach that are equipped with a 3-seater bench seat and two swivel seats in the second row of seats. In these vehicles, only the backrests of the swivel seats have to be folded completely forward. The iXTEND bed can also be used in vehicles with a VW Multiflexboard.
There are three optional strap holders that can be purchased for transporting the folding bed. The straps can also be used as carrying handles and make it much easier to transport the iXTEND (at least 2 strap holders are required).
