Petromax Fire Anchor

With the Petromax fire anchor, every fire becomes a practical and versatile cooking place. The fire anchor made of coated steel can be easily and quickly anchored in the ground next to the fireplace and is immediately ready for use. Whether over an open fire, over the atago or the griddle and fire bowl: the fire anchor enables cooking in the fire pot (up to and including ft6), preparing hot water in the tea kettle and grilling on the barbecue grate.

Fire anchor provides good footing on solid ground

The fire anchor has a main pole that is fixed in the ground and three arms that are individually attached to the fire anchor and are variable in height and orientation. Two of the arms have notches at the ends for hanging cooking utensils such as fire pots. The third arm has a grill grate and an additional notch for grill gloves or grill and charcoal tongs. Sausages and co. find their place on the grill grate with raised edge.

Before using the fire anchor, check the respective ground conditions at the fireplace. In sandy soil, the fire anchor may not find enough grip. When cooking with heavy fire pots, it is also important to ensure that the weight is properly balanced so that the fire anchor stands securely.
