The Petromax GP30-T Grill Fire Pan is suitable for almost any heat source. Whether barbecue, open fire or the hob at home – delicious meals can be prepared anywhere. This makes it ideal for any camping adventure and for use at home. The GP30-T is also ideally equipped for ovens or over the gas flame. The robust, cast-iron design makes it a versatile and durable companion. The durable mould made of grey cast iron is particularly suitable for grilling. The grooved base gives the food the typical pattern and perfect flavour. The surface is pre-treated (seasoned finish) and can therefore be used immediately without baking.
Easy handling of the GP30-T
The GP30-T grill fire pan has a particularly long pan handle and a small handle, making it easy to carry and hang up. It has a large capacity of 2.5 litres and side pouring rims ensure drip-free pouring. The cast iron provides very good heat retention. This not only ensures that your dishes are cooked particularly gently and evenly, the pan is also ideal for serving. The handle also heats up during the cooking process. The Petromax Aramid handle cover, which is suitable for temperatures up to 250°C, is therefore recommended for handling the hot pan.
Easy cleaning and care of the grill fire pan
Clean with a little warm water and a brush; stubborn incrustations can be easily removed with a ring cleaner. Under no circumstances should washing-up liquid be used, as this destroys the valuable patina. From time to time, the pan should be rubbed with a little neutral vegetable oil or Petromax care paste in order to enjoy the cast iron for a long time.
