Cast-iron, versatile mould for up to six muffins at the campfire
The Petromax cast iron muffin tin is the ideal addition to the outdoor kitchen. It can be used flexibly over the campfire, on the barbecue at home or in the oven – alone or in combination with a Dutch oven.
From savoury mini quiches to luxurious chocolate muffins – there are no limits to your imagination. The excellent heat conductivity of the cast iron always ensures even and quick baking results. The stainless steel handle makes it easy to handle the hot baking tin. The mould can also be hung directly over the campfire on the handle.
In combination with a Dutch Oven size FT6 or FT9, a perfect all-round heat can be generated. When using in an FT9, a stacking grid or trivet should also be used to prevent the mould from tilting and causing damage to the cast iron.
The durable mould made of grey cast iron is suitable for both sweet and savoury dishes. The surface is pre-treated (seasoned finish) and can therefore be used immediately without baking. Cleaning and maintaining the cast-iron mould is very easy and requires no washing-up liquid.
