Petromax iron waffle maker (short)
For perfectly baked waffles by the campfire
Just like the pots and pans, the Petromax iron waffle maker is made of cast iron. It can therefore be used directly in the fire and is ideal for waffles on the campfire or on the grill. Because the cast iron stores heat well, the waffles can be baked golden brown in the residual heat.
The two cast-iron sides of the waffle iron are connected to each other with a hinge. The baking surface is designed for two waffles measuring 9 x 11 cm. The closure keeps the dough in shape and the waffles can be turned over the fire.
Long, wooden handles help keep the heat source far away and safe to handle. The irons do not need to be seasoned as they are pre-treated accordingly (seasoned finish).
Cleaning and care of the waffle iron is very easy and can be done without detergent.
The best way to protect the waffle iron during transport is to use the transport bag, which is available separately.
