The Brandrup Second Skin protective covers correspond to the original design of the VW T6.1 / T6 Multivan & Beach from model year 2020. They are made from the same materials that VW uses for the seat covers. They are also equipped with covers for the headrests. The fit is so good that you can hardly see the difference to the standard seat covering. This means that the design of the VW is retained even with the Brandrup covers. All Second Skin protective covers for the 2-seater bench of the VW T6.1 California have a large storage pocket with a zipper in the back that fits exactly into the recess of the backrest.
This creates optimal, value-preserving protection for the serial covering of the seats in the vehicle.
All Second Skin covers from Brandrup have been thoroughly tested and demonstrably meet all of VW’s safety requirements. These tests are not required by law. The Brandrup company voluntarily subjects its protective covers to the same strict tests that apply to standard car seats.
The covers are very robust and easy to care for. They can be cleaned if necessary and even washed in the washing machine (on the wool program with mild detergent). They can be easily attached and removed. For easier installation, we recommend the banana tool, which helps when sliding under the plastic.
