The Brandrup Top-SAIL awning / sun sails for Volkswagen campers and vans is a very high quality product for recreational vehicles and motorhomes. It fits any vehicle that has a welt entry. However, the awning was specially developed for the VW T6.1 / T6 / T5 and T4 models with piping or Brandrup Top-Rail rain gutter.
The Top-Sail awning is particularly practical in midsummer. A large, shaded area is formed on the vehicle under the sail, which provides protection even in light rain. It cannot be used in heavy rain and / or wind.

Scope of delivery: The TOP-SAIL sun sail made of the Airtex Top material, with dimensions of approx. 2.60 x 2.20 m (L x D). Special piping for attachment to a TOP-RAIL rain gutter, as well as to the standard aluminum strip of the Californias (possible with or without an additional adapter). The hemstitch for the TOP-RAIL rain gutter fastening is also available. In addition, 3 telescopic aluminum erection poles and the necessary anchoring accessories are part of this set.
In order to optimally secure the sun sails, we recommend the anchoring set. It is essential and you should always use it. If the wind is stronger, the front wall must be removed anyway. This is generally also specified by other manufacturers of awning.
