The basic carriers are the basis for installing roof boxes, bicycle, ski and surfboard holders on the VW T6.1 / T6 / T5 California. They are lockable and easy to assemble.
The maximum load of the roof (50 kg) must be taken into account. The enclosed assembly instructions provide information on loading and must always be observed.
The roof can also be opened with filled carriers. In order to prevent damage, however, the supports should not be filled, especially with longer roofs. This protects the dampers and hydraulics, which would otherwise have to be constantly readjusted.
