Filling aid for the water tank for use with folding water containers
The proven water filling set for the built-in tank of the VW T6.1 / T6 / T5 / T4 California (T4 from 1999 with TOP-RAIL on the left) makes it easier to supply water on the go. The filling set can be used together with a 10 liter or 20 liter folding water container to fill the permanently installed tank. This makes it easier to fill the vehicles’ built-in tanks with water while on the move.
The filling set consists of 4 parts. It contains a holder for a piping rail or TOP-RAIL (it can even be used as a holder for a clothesline). A holder for 10l/20l folding water tanks or solar shower is also included. Also included is a twist-grip tap with an oversized outlet opening (approx. 20 mm) and a matching filling hose.
The tank can be attached to the lower tank handle with a sturdy buckle. It is then attached to the TOPRAIL using a carabiner. On vehicles with TOP-RAIL rain gutters, the upper piping of the bracket is inserted into the piping rail of the TOPRAIL. On the VW T6 / T5 California, the holder (both piping parts) can be inserted directly into the standard aluminum strip.
