The Second Skin protective cover corresponds to the VW T6 California Coast design. It is made from the original VW fabrics. It is also equipped with the covers for the armrests and headrests. The fit of the Second Skin seat covers is so good that you can hardly see any differences to the serial cover. As a result, the design of the vehicles is retained.
Brandrup covers are very robust and easy to care for. If necessary, they can be cleaned and even washed in the washing machine (in the wool program with mild detergent). They can be easily attached and removed for this purpose. For easier assembly, we recommend the banana tool, which helps when pushing under the plastic.
With each protective cover, the tear seams for the side airbags are made with a computer-controlled sewing machine. Every seam is automatically and precisely documented. This ensures that every predetermined tear seam is secure. Thus, they have exactly the same manufacturing values as the original VW covers. These tests are not required by law. For the safety of its customers, Brandrup voluntarily subjects the seat covers to the same strict tests that apply to the serial seats.
ATTENTION: The Second Skin protective cover only fits serial cab seats that are covered with fabric (no leather) and also without electrically adjustable backrests.
