Weatherproof hard shell rooftop tent for two people
With the Good Vibes rooftop tent, you can effortlessly transform your car into a camper for every season. To open the rooftop tent, simply undo the buckles – high-quality gas pressure dampers do the rest. There is room for two adults and another small person or a dog under the sturdy hard shell. Practical: sleeping bags or pillows can always stay in the tent, even when it is folded up. This means that the sleeping area is always ready for immediate use and even short overnight stops on a long journey are no problem at all.

Weight

The robust fibreglass hard shell is approx. 34 cm high. When closed, the tent measures approx. 210 x 144 x 34 cm (L x W x H).

The minimum car roof load required is 75 kg.
Tent fabric
Dense cotton blend fabric was used to make the tent. The material is water-repellent and darkening.
Hard shell, soft core
A good night’s sleep is particularly important on holiday, when we want to get plenty of rest. In the Good Vibes you lie on a particularly comfortable 8 cm thick mattress, which invites you to snuggle up with its quilted, soft surface. This means that no crackling or rustling disturbs your sleep at night. The starry sky with diamond-shaped quilting provides additional insulation on cool nights. Another advantage of a rooftop tent: the raised sleeping area protects you from the chilly ground and moisture.
The roof of the hard shell opens vertically so that the rooftop tent does not protrude beyond the footprint of the car. The Good Vibes provides a stable roof over your head during the night. The Good Vibes hard shell roof tent opens using integrated gas pressure dampers for particularly quick and easy set-up. Simply open the buckles and give the lid a little push – and the tent opens as if by magic, without any effort at all. To close, simply pull on two loops on the hard shell and the tent can be folded up again just as easily from the ground.
The hard shell of the Good Vibes has an extremely resistant coating against scratches, stone chips and rust. The durable UV-resistant surface of the hard shell is therefore able to withstand even the most demanding requirements.
Freedom and protection
The spacious 2-person rooftop tent not only gives a wonderfully airy feeling, it also offers so much headroom that even taller people can sit comfortably in the rooftop tent. This means you can have breakfast in the comfort of your tent with a marvellous view of the surroundings or retreat in the rain.
Speaking of rain – the Good Vibes also shows its strengths here. Rain canopies over all openings, large windows and entrances that can be completely darkened, fully opened or just closed with a mosquito net – the rooftop tent is prepared for any weather conditions.

Airy climate
The large windows and entrances can be fully opened or optionally closed with a mosquito net. This protects you from uninvited guests without having to do without fresh air. And in the morning, the large windows offer a magnificent view of the surrounding area.
Warm and sheltered
The hard shell offers the best upward insulation properties. Inside, the roof is covered with a quilted blanket so that the warmth remains inside the tent and the cold cannot penetrate from outside.
Comfort steps
The steps of the ladder rungs are particularly deep and therefore comfortable to walk on. Simply folded up, it can be stowed away in the tent or car to save space. The ladder can be quickly adjusted to the right height thanks to the smooth-running ratchet handles on the individual rungs.
Waterproof
Rainy days are no reason for sadness with the Good Vibes. The roof tent has an absolutely waterproof hard shell and the tent walls are also water-repellent. Additional rain canopies over the windows provide extra protection while you can relax and watch the rain.
Material of the Good Vibes rooftop tent
The tent fabric is made from a tear-resistant and water-repellent poly-cotton blend in olive green. Red colour accents on the zips and the window seam give the Good Vibes a fresh look.
The rain canopies over the windows are made of water-repellent polyester, while the GRP hard shell is sealed with a particularly hard-wearing and scratch-resistant matt black coating. The floor consists of lightweight but extremely stable, glass fibre-reinforced thermoplastic honeycombs.
On which cars does the Good Vibes rooftop tent fit?
The roof tent can be mounted on almost any vehicle with a dynamic roof load of at least 75 kg. You only need two cross struts/load carriers. The roof tent is then attached to the cross struts/load carriers using the enclosed materials.

What is the minimum roof load required for the Good Vibes roof tent?
For most vehicles, the roof load is between 75 – 100 kg. However, this information refers to the load during driving operation. When stationary, the weight acting on the roof may be significantly higher. The load with people can therefore be higher than the actual roof load of the vehicle.
