Crossbar mounting set for quick installation of your roof tent
The fixing sets enable the uncomplicated installation of your roof tent on your vehicle. Depending on the crossbar and roof tent model, you can use different mounting sets.
Cross member mounting set 3.0
The mounting brackets 3.0 allow the Skycamp 3.0 / Skycamp 3.0 Mini and X-Cover 2.0 roof tents to be installed on a wider range of crossbar designs. The brackets can be reached from the side of the roof using the spanner provided.
Cross member mounting set 2.0
The new and improved version of the original 1.0 brackets sets a new standard for mounting brackets. It can be installed in half the time. They are compatible with the Skycamp 2.0, Skycamp 2.0 Mini and X-Cover 1.0. The kit contains 8 bracket components, 4 Allen screws (8 mm), 4 threaded rods, 4 threadless rods, 16 rod caps, 4 rail end caps, Allen key and instructions.
Note: The roof tents are supplied with the 2.0 or 3.0 mounting brackets as standard. The mounting brackets 2.0 are compatible with a maximum crossbar height of 3 cm and a width of 9 cm. If the vehicle has higher cross members, please use the mounting brackets 1.0.
Cross member mounting set 1.0
The original brackets are perfect for campers whose vehicles have tall crossbars that are taller than 3 cm (1.2″) and wider than 9 cm (3.5″). They are compatible with the Skycamp 2.0, Skycamp 2.0 Mini and X-Cover. The set contains 4 bracket sets, 10 screws (including 2 spare screws) and 10 threaded nylon nuts (including 2 spare screws).
Note: Each iKamper roof tent is supplied with mounting brackets 2.0 or 3.0. The brackets 1.0 are for customers who need an additional set or have a vehicle that is not compatible with the newer version.
