Replacement fastening for Brandrup carpets in vehicles without clip fastening
From 2014, the floor carpets in the driver’s cab will be attached using press studs (image no. 1). These are always fitted in the vehicle floors. The carpets from Brandrup are designed for these fastenings and have the necessary counterparts. These are also fitted as standard in the VW T6 California and Multivan. Until 2014, the floor carpets in the cab of the VW T5 were fastened using rotary knobs (image no. 2). The necessary counterparts were always fitted in the vehicle floor.
The mounting halves can be easily replaced with the replacement mounting. This means that the carpets can also be installed in VW T5 models up to 2014.
All Brandrup velour carpets for the cab are generally equipped with the current fastening parts, i.e. with the press studs. The fit of the carpet mats of all VW T5 is otherwise unchanged.
