The Isolite Inside insulation from Brandrup is specially produced for the VW ID.Buzz. This is the mat for the side window in the right sliding door, which can be covered completely opaque.
Isolite offers a wide range of benefits.In summer the heat cannot penetrate into the interior. The inner film preserves the cooler air. In winter the mat reflects the heat back. This keeps the cold out and creates an effect like an insulated flask. The insulation is also completely opaque. This means no one can see you from the outside.
Isolite is very easy to install. The Isolite for the side windows are not hung on the window, but rather attached to the frame with Velcro. This creates a perfect seal on three sides. In this way, the air between the pane and the Isolite cannot circulate or escape. This means that the entire area is always tightly closed.
