The Petromax Fire Kettle makes self-sufficient catering possible
The stainless steel fire kettle from Petromax is a real enrichment for all outdoor fans. The pot can be fuelled with small branches, twigs or cones and reaches temperature in a very short time. Thanks to the additional screw-on lid, the leak-proof transport of water is also ensured. The fire bowl on the base gives the pot a firm stand at all times thanks to its stable feet. Thanks to the silicone handles, handling is possible without the risk of burns.
After cooling down, the fire bowl can be stowed in the base opening of the fire pot for transport and storage. As the pot is fuelled with natural materials, you save storage space for gas cartridges or coal.
The stainless steel fire kettle as a water and camping cooker
In most cases, the fire pot is used as a kettle. This ignites the fuel in the fire bowl so that the heat rises into the cavity of the pot. The chimney effect heats the water in the double wall in just a few minutes. The steam whistle then emits a powerful sound to signal that the water has reached boiling point.
The stainless steel pot can also be used as a camping cooker. To do this, the cooking attachment is fixed to the jug opening, creating space for small pots and kettles. The heat rising upwards then heats the food.
