Aluminium profile for the left side
The Toprail for VW T6.1 / T6 / T5 enables safe and simple attachment of tested roof load carriers with support feet. These can also be quickly removed again when the roof is opened. The TOP-RAIL can be attached to the vehicle on both sides. It offers very good protection in the rain.
The original spoilers (left) are recommended for attaching the aluminium profiles.
The rain gutter is ideal for attaching clamping rods (e.g. for awnings or awnings). The deep seat and the inwardly shaped outlet of the rain gutter guarantee a secure hold. With TOP-RAIL you don’t need any additional adapters.
Versatile use
In the rain, the rail provides excellent protection for the windows in the cab, the side windows and all doors. Rainwater cannot run through or overflow between the aluminium profile and spoiler.
Therefore, when the vehicle is stationary, it runs off via the windscreen and not sideways via the A-pillar onto the doors.
TOP-RAIL also reduces the noise of the airstream through the pop-up roof. At high speeds (from approx. 140 km/h), the interior is considerably quieter. All TOP-RAIL T6 / T5 / T4 systems offer these advantages.
Best safety
The TOPRAIL T6.1 / T6 / T5 aluminium profile is pre-bent to the body shape and only fits these vehicles.
Although installation would be possible, Volkswagen AG does not currently approve the removal of the standard mouldings.
Roof load carriers may not yet be used with the VW T6.1 / T6 / T5.
The original can be recognized by the safety label with the “TOP-RAIL” brand and the BRANDRUP dolphin logo as well as the “BRANDRUP Made in Germany” lettering in the front spoiler.
