Coffee with style in a stainless steel percolator

The percolator principle
The way a percolator works is simple but ingenious: inside the stainless steel jug is a sieve container into which coffee or tea is poured. When the water starts to boil, it rises through a tube and drips into the strainer container. There it absorbs the flavourings and runs back into the jug, where it mixes with the remaining water. This process is repeated continuously until the desired intensity level is reached. The glass knob in the lid allows you to keep an eye on the process at all times. The longer the water circulates in the percolator, the more intense the flavour. This gentle preparation also releases the finest nuances of flavour.
The stainless steel percolator “Perkomax” is available in two sizes. The large version holds approx. 3 litres, the small one approx. 1.5 litres. Handling over an open fire is particularly easy with the practical pouring aid, which is available separately.technical data
