The Brandrup iXTEND folding bed cover for the VW T6.1 Multivan and California Beach is suitable for spreading over the existing bed. The mattress offers very good sleeping comfort. The division of the individual parts is chosen so that you cannot feel the edges. Even the locks on the straps are well padded so that they don’t disturb your sleep.
The Brandrup iXTEND folding bed can only be partially folded down behind the bench. This is particularly practical for storing luggage on the cushion or as a place for a dog to lie down. The iXTEND bed for the VW T6.1 Multivan / Beach is four-part and can be folded onto the rear cushion. If necessary, it can be unfolded forward with one hand. With the Brandrup mattress you have a very comfortable and even lying surface across the full width of the vehicle.
With the additionally available, optional straps with quick-release fasteners, it can be attached behind the bench.
The composite consists of two layers of soft foam, which offer very comfortable lying comfort. The third layer, made from a harder special foam, compensates for unevenness.
The cushion is a perfect fit for all VW T6.1 Multivan / California Beach with a 3-seater bench. In vehicles with a 3-seater bench and two swivel seats in the second row of seats, the backrests of the swivel seats must be folded completely forward. The VW Multiflexboard is not necessary, but it doesn’t bother you either. The foam can be removed from the cover to wash it. The cover, like the cold foam composite, is flame-retardant.
