The Brandrup iXTEND folding bed is spread out over the existing bed in the VW T5. It offers excellent comfort and thus enables the best sleep. The subdivision of the bed is chosen so that you do not feel the edges of the bench. Buckles are also padded. The folding bed is in three parts and can be stored in the rear upholstery. If necessary, it can be unfolded forwards with one hand.
The foam can be removed and is flame retardant. The cover is made from the original VW California fabric and can therefore also be washed at 30°C on the wool program.
All iXTEND folding beds can be unfolded and leaned against the backrest of the California bench. This creates a large, uninterrupted storage or lying area. This is useful for storing luggage on the rear upholstery. The place is also well suited as a large berth for a dog. The iXTEND folding bed has a bracket as standard for easy attachment to the headrests. This creates a spacious, down and front padded surface.
The iXTEND Allround folding bed from Brandrup is specially produced for the VW T5
The “Allround” variant fits perfectly in the VW T5 California Comfortline when using the bed extension in the lower position. It is placed over the original rear upholstery. In this model, the iXTEND Allround folding bed with the iXTEND PAD can even be used in the upper position.
With the Brandrup iXTEND PAD, you can also sleep on the iXTEND Allround folding bed in the VW T5 California Comfortline in the upper position of the rear grille. With the PAD you also gain approx. +49.60 liters more storage space under the bed. For the VW T6 California Ocean, Coast, iXTEND Allround folding bed off alone – without iXTEND PAD!
In addition to the beds, there is also custom-fit sheets in different versions for pop-up roofs and VW beds.
