Cast Iron Campfire Skillet
The Petromax campfire skillet is the ideal tool for direct cooking in the fire. The removable telescopic handle ensures that you can always keep a safe distance from the flames.
The skillet is placed on a Petromax Cooking Stand, Stack Grate or simply directly on the embers with the help of the telescopic handle. Thanks to the wooden handle, you have everything under control at all times. Once the campfire pan is securely in place, the telescopic handle can be removed from a safe distance until the food is cooked.
To serve, simply hook the telescopic handle back in and lift the campfire skillet out. Thanks to the cross strut on the holder, the skillet remains firmly anchored and you can manoeuvre it comfortably and place it on a trivet.
Cast iron campfire skillet with natural non-stick effect
Thanks to the pre-fired surface, the skillet is ready for use immediately Due to the excellent heat conductivity of cast iron, the campfire skillet stays warm for a long time. This means that dishes are cooked particularly gently and even after being placed on a coaster, the food remains warm for a long time. The natural non-stick effect of the cast iron campfire skillet ensures that nothing sticks.
After use, the pan can be cleaned using a ring cleaner, scraper and water. To ensure the longevity of the pan, it should be rubbed with Petromax care paste from time to time.
